Pick Me Up, Day 2
Had another really fun day collaging at Pick Me Up exhibition at Somerset House. It was really good to get off the Mac and back to the scissors and paper. It’s promted the start of a new hand-made project really exploring materials. All works are available to buy at the It’s Nice That area of Pick Me Up for £40. Bargain for originals!
PICK ME UP!
I had loads of fun doing the live illustrating at Somerset House Pick Me Up exhibition with It’s Nice That. The idea was to create works within 30mins to an hour, to be sold at the show. My collages were inspired by my love of Rubicon and all things TROPICAL! I also had fun naming the works -This is ‘Nina of the Nanas’. Other works include ‘Winking Babe’ and ‘Woodland Wench’. If you get a chance, come and see me again today (Monday 21st) from 2:30pm-7pm.
